Q: What is the cost of the PSA? Can I get my money back?

A: A deposit of $1,000 is due at the time you sign a PSA. This is to cover the cost of creating a guaranteed bid for your project. This is non-refundable, however it will be applied to the final cost of your project if you sign a contract with us.

Q: How are my selection allowances determined?

A: We use an average cost to estimate allowances when we give you an estimate. If needed, your project coordinator will work with you as you make your selections to offer options within budget. You may also choose more expensive selections, but keep it mind that this will affect our final contract price.

Q: Do you contract out any work?

A: Rarely. We are proud to be a full-service outlet where most work is performed in-house by our background-checked, uniformed employees. However, for roofing and stucco, we have trusted subcontractors perform the work. We want our customers to have the best possible experience, and these subcontractors provide the expertise and skill needed for complete customer satisfaction.

Q: Will it be dirty/dusty in my home during the remodel?

A: There is certainly a fair amount of dirt that comes from demolition and remodeling. However, we make every effort to block any areas of your home that are not being remodeled and ensure that the mess is contained to one area. Additionally, we will remove any trash or debris at the end of each day to keep your space as tidy as possible.

Q: What are my financing options for remodeling?

A: At Delerio Construction, we are proud to offer several types of financing to our customers. Our trained Estimators are happy to walk you through the process and find the option that is right for you.
